Through the bank’s wellness program, our staff attended an awareness seminar on Cancer and HIV.
The cancer awareness session was facilitated by Dr. Sadiq Siu from the Ocear Road Cancer Institute (ORCI). The HIV session was facilitated by Dr. Garvin Kweka of Muhimbili Hospital

The bank’s Head of Human Capital and Administration Mrs. Noelah Bomani Ntukamazina explained the importance of staff wellness as an important aspect to enhance performance of the bank. “We have brought these facilitators here to enable staff’s knowledge to the diseases. Also our staff will be able to access screening right here,” she said.
Cervical Cancer and Breast Cancer are mentioned to be leading cancer deaths among women in Tanzania and Prostate Cancer among men.
