
The Tanzania Agricultural Development Bank (TADB) has partnered with the Southern Agriculture Growth Corridor of Tanzania (SAGCOT) to enhance the soybean value chain in the country.
During a signing ceremony, TADB’s Managing Director, Mr. Frank Nyabundege, acknowledged the challenges farmers face regarding capital and access to affordable loans. He emphasized that this partnership aims to address these issues.

The agreement focuses on increasing capital and production for farmers, particularly smallholder farmers, women and youth.
Additionally, it will promote:
✅ Easy access to markets
✅ Loans for seeds, fertilisers, and pesticides
✅ Increased awareness among farmers
✅ Access to better agricultural tools
These initiatives will boost productivity for farmers and contribute to the overall growth of the agricultural sector in Tanzania.
